Poised For Success Learning Academy · Website redesign

Four directions for the new poisedforsuccess.net

Each option is a complete, clickable preview of the whole site — every page, every program, every bio, both Poised Parent issues — with the same content in all four. Only the look, layout and feel change. Click around, open the chat bubble, try it on your phone.

1

Heritage Academy

The current brand, elevated. Crest front and center, classic serif headlines, deep green and gold, cream paper texture. Feels established and trustworthy — closest to today.

2

Bright & Modern

Clean white space, soft rounded cards, bold friendly type, floating credential chips and a stats strip. Feels like a modern school app — approachable and energetic.

3

Editorial / Storytelling

Magazine layout: full-bleed photo masthead, photo essay of the classrooms, the 2017–2026 timeline as a feature, and The Poised Parent given real prominence. Feels warm and literate.

4

Bold Green

Full-bleed green, oversized type, high contrast. Built around action: Tour / Funding / Ask on every screen, an age-finder up top, and a sticky action bar on phones. Feels confident and direct.

What's the same in all four

  • Every word from the current site — About (7 pillars, 3 leadership bios with full credentials, 2017–2026 history, 6 family testimonials), all 6 programs with their skill domains, Beyond the Classroom, Employment application, Young Entrepreneur Expo, Educator Training & Services, both Poised Parent issues in full, Contact.
  • Refocused structure — the K–8 Microschool gets its own home, Early Learning (Infant → Pre-K) is a clearly separate path, and there's room to add curriculum or extracurricular sections later without a rebuild.
  • New: Tuition & Funding page — TEFA and CCS explained in plain language for parents, built from the knowledge base. Figures shown as "approximately" and flagged for annual re-check.
  • AI chat assistant — the green bubble in the corner. It answers common parent questions (hours, ages, TEFA, CCS, tours, camps, tutoring, staff, jobs) and hands off to "Book a tour" for anything it shouldn't guess at. In the preview it answers from a fixed set; the real one reads from the Notion knowledge base.
  • Phone-first — every page works at phone width with a proper menu.
  • Forms preview only — contact and application forms show a confirmation but don't send yet. At launch, contact requests book straight onto the tour calendar.
Photos are placeholders. These are the stock images from the current site. The real build should use photos of the actual campus, classrooms and team — that alone will make whichever option you pick feel far more like Poised.

How the chat assistant will work for real

Same brain as the phone line. One knowledge base, two voices.

PieceWhat it does
Notion knowledge baseThe single source of truth you're already building — programs, policies, tuition, TEFA/CCS rules, enrollment steps. You edit it; everything downstream updates.
Cloudflare WorkerA tiny piece of code running on Cloudflare (where the domain already lives). When a parent asks something, it pulls the relevant public sections of the knowledge base and asks Claude to answer in Poised's voice. Internal-only sections are never sent to it, by design.
Chat widgetThe bubble on the site. Answers instantly, 24/7. When a question is sensitive, complicated, or it isn't confident — it stops and offers a tour booking or a callback instead of guessing.
Voice agent (phone)Reads from the same knowledge base, so a parent gets the same answer whether they call or chat.
Inquiry logEvery chat and call is logged so you can see real demand — including families you had to turn away.
